The largest training programs in the sector with the Ministry of Tourism, targeting 50,000 trainees in the Kingdom. Called Tourism Trailblazers, the program will offer courses across all career levels and involve HTMi Saudi Arabia to train 32,000 Saudis.

The program curriculum targets the need gaps in the tourism sector and focuses on 12 sub-sectors defined by the United Nations World Tourism Organization “UNWTO”.

A new successful challenge for HTMi Saudi Arabia at the level of the Kingdom in contract with the Ministry of Culture and the Culinary Arts Commission to spread Saudi culture throughout the Kingdom.

Re-calibration and preparation of 386 recipes in the Saudi Cooking Art Book.

The Higher Institute for Tourism and Hospitality (HTMI Saudi Arabia), in collaboration with the Saudi Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) and Cultural Development Fund, Is Offering a Culinary Arts Management Diploma to prepare 500 young Saudi nationals for a career specializing in food production which is aligning with the 2030 vision. Students who successfully complete the two-and-a-half-year program will obtain a culinary Arts Management Diploma and guaranteed employment.

Developing Curriculum (training content) to graduate a coffee expert from an educational, artistic and cultural point of view related to the preparation and rituals of Saudi coffee.

An academic training program supported by the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) in cooperation with the Saudi Entertainment Academy to implement programs that end with the employment of 350 young men and women from high school graduates in specialized fields in the entertainment sector. The program began on November 14, 2021, and will end in May 2024, targeting 150 male and 200 female trainees and securing jobs for them in many entertainment centers. The project includes training participants in the Multiple Diploma Program on the following tracks:

1. Entertainment Centers Design
2. Entertainment Centers Management
3. Entertainment Centers Maintenance
4. Crowd Management
5. Videogames IT Developer
6. Entertainment Center’s Safety

An academic training project supported by the General Entertainment Authority “GEA” in cooperation with the Saudi Entertainment Academy “SEA” to implement online courses in specialized fields in the entertainment sector for more than 120,000 Saudis via the Classera platform.

5. Event marketing & promotion

An academic training project supported by the Human Resources Development Fund “HRDF” within the program to localize professions in the tourism and hospitality sector in cooperation with the Higher Institute for Tourism and Hospitality to implement specialized training programs that end with employment in specialized fields in the tourism and hospitality sector for 15,000 young men and women from High school graduates in Riyadh, Al-Baha and Jizan and securing jobs for them after the training period.

The project included training participants in several courses in the following tracks:

3. Food and beverage service
4. Cashier and sales

International Chains

Training supported by the Human Resources Development Fund ended with employment in a chain of international hotels and restaurants.
