Diploma Culinary Arts Management prepares students to enter junior chef positions in five-star hotel with the hands-on craftsmanship, solid scientific knowledge, and business communication skills to start a career journey in the culinary and hospitality sectors. The program is designed according to the need of the local market to specialize in culinary arts. The program includes training in basic skills in kitchen such as hot kitchen, cold kitchen, bakery and pastry, international and Arabic cuisine in addition to, general English and computer skills. The degree awarded to the graduate is the diploma in culinary arts for two years, in addition to practical training.
