Course Description:

The Travel & Tourism Certificate at HTMi Saudi Arabia is a dynamic four- month program designed to provide students with fundamental knowledge and skills in the travel and tourism industry. This course covers various aspects of travel planning, destination management, customer service, and tourism trends. Through a combination of theoretical learning and practical training, students will develop the expertise

required to pursue entry-level positions in travel agencies, tour operators, airlines, and other tourism-related sectors.

Course Objectives:

  • To introduce students to the principles and practices of the travel and tourism industry.
  • To develop students’ understanding of travel products, services, and destinations.
  • To enhance students’ customer service skills and professionalism in the tourism sector.
  • To familiarize students with tourism technology systems and booking platforms.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Upon completion of the Travel & Tourism Certificate, students will be able to:
